Old Garden

The project comprises of 4-storey residential building with a basement plant area and the under croft (service trench) to the ground and a roof with the approximate area spanning across 4,100 sqm (approx.). The scope includes basic architecture modelling from the design drawings received at stage 3 and 3D modelling, coordination and generation of construction drawings for MEPFP services for all the levels to stage 4c. The drawings will be produced by clearly showing the dimensions from the gridlines and invert levels mechanical, electrical, and PHE services and for all the items of plant rooms. The BWIC drawings will also will also be dimensioned accordingly.
