SL Commercial Project was a 6 storey building in the heart of the city where Techture had a major role in MEP modelling and coordination from the schematics and design layout considering the value engineering of the services for cost saving in the materials and sustainable coordinated design model. The mechanical room had a detailed model of the equipment according to the manufacturer technical submittals. Techture delivered a successful coordinated model for site installations
