Visual programming lets us create programs by manipulating program elements graphically rather than by specifying them textually. This helps even the non-programmers in our team use algorithms and develop programs that solve specific problems and provide workarounds for time taking tasks.

  • Dynamo

Dynamo is an open source visual programming language backed by Autodesk. Our team frequently develops Dynamo scripts for in-house projects as well as supports our clients where such custom development is required.

Some examples of scripts that have been developed:

  • Grasshopper

One of the popular 3D modelling tools, Rhinoceros is augmented further by the use of Grasshopper, which is another legacy visual programming language which greatly aids free-form modelling.

Read about one of our case studies in which we utilized a workflow by creating elements in Rhino using Grasshopper, then brought them into Revit via Dynamo and finally took the model to STAAD.Pro for analysis.
